采用对比试验方法研究了预应力轨枕混凝土在掺加15%矿渣粉前后的各项性能,并分析了矿渣粉在蒸养环境下的作用机理。结果表明:在相同蒸汽养护条件下,预应力轨枕混凝土在掺加矿渣粉后,混凝土脱模抗压强度和28 d 抗压强度比基准混凝土分别提高8.8%和12.5%;轨枕芯部温度降低3.4℃,满足规范要求;脱模弹性模量降低4.4%,28 d 弹性模量降低3.6%,轨枕静载抗裂性能得到提高。掺加矿渣粉的高强混凝土各项耐久性能指标均满足规范要求。

Performance of the prestressing sleeper concrete before and after mixing 15% slag powder was studied by using comparative test,and the action mechanism of slag powders under steam curing environment was analyzed . T he results showed that concrete demolding and 28 d compressive strength increased by 8. 8% and 12. 5%respectively higher than the reference concrete under the same steam curing conditions after mixing slag powder into prestressing sleeper concrete,sleeper core temperature decreased by 3. 4 ℃ which meets the specification requirements,sleeper static load crack resistance is improved with the demolding elastic modulus decreasing by 4. 4%and 28 d elastic modulus decreasing by 3. 6%. Each durability performance index of high strength concrete mixed with slag powder meets the specification requirements.
