在CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道结构中,现浇的自密实混凝土与预制的轨道板形成复合板结构,共同承受列车荷载。自密实混凝土与轨道板的粘接性能影响着整个轨道结构的平稳性、安全性和使用寿命。本文研究了自密实混凝土坍落扩展度、含气量和胶凝材料用量对自密实混凝土与轨道板粘接性能的影响。结果表明:随着自密实混凝土坍落扩展度的增大,自密实混凝土与轨道板的粘接强度有降低的趋势,坍落扩展度不宜超过690 mm;随着自密实混凝土含气量的增大,自密实混凝土与轨道板的粘接强度有增加的趋势,在满足工作性能和强度的条件下,自密实混凝土的含气量宜取技术条件规定的上限值6.0%;随着自密实混凝土胶凝材料用量的增大,自密实混凝土与轨道板的粘接强度有增加的趋势。

In CRTS Ⅲ slab-type ballastless track structure,cast-in-place self-compacting concrete ( SCC) and precast track slab bonded together,formed composite slab structure,and supported train load together. Bond performance of SCC and track slab influences the stability,security and service life of whole track structure. The influences of SCC slump extension,air content,and cementitious materials content on bond performance were studied. T he results showed that the bond strength of SCC and track slab decreased with the increase of SCC slump extension,slump extension should not exceed 690 mm,the bond strength of SCC and track slab was enhanced with the increase of SCC air content,air content of self-compacting concrete should be 6. 0% which is the upper limit value of technical requirement when meeting the working performance and compressive strength requirement,the bond strength of SCC and track slab increased with the increase of cementitious material content of SCC.
