针对黑龙江垦区城镇化建设的发展现状及对园林人才的需求，提出了园林专业人才培养新模式，即采取相应的教学改革措施，实现垦区小城镇建设人才需求与高校人才培养对接的人才培养模式，提升大学生就业能力，破解大学生就业难的问题。
침대흑룡강은구성진화건설적발전현상급대완림인재적수구，제출료완림전업인재배양신모식，즉채취상응적교학개혁조시，실현은구소성진건설인재수구여고교인재배양대접적인재배양모식，제승대학생취업능력，파해대학생취업난적문제。
In the light of the development status and the demand for landscape professionals in the urbanization construction of Heilongjiang’s agricultural reclamation areas, this paper puts forward a new cultivating mode for landscape professionals, that is the mode of adopting corresponding teaching reform measures to realize the connection of the demand for professionals in small towns construction of agricultural reclamation areas with the professionals cultivation in universities for improving university students’ employment ability and solving university students'employment difficulty.
