学校特色建设是学校发展的必由之路。作为学校发展新战略，学校特色建设对我国中小学的可持续发展有着极其重要的意义。采用归纳分析为主的方法对我国中小学学校特色建设的起步、中小学学校特色建设的进展进行了总结、分析，在此基础上对我国中小学学校特色建设中存在的问题进行了梳理，并提出了建设性意见。
學校特色建設是學校髮展的必由之路。作為學校髮展新戰略，學校特色建設對我國中小學的可持續髮展有著極其重要的意義。採用歸納分析為主的方法對我國中小學學校特色建設的起步、中小學學校特色建設的進展進行瞭總結、分析，在此基礎上對我國中小學學校特色建設中存在的問題進行瞭梳理，併提齣瞭建設性意見。
학교특색건설시학교발전적필유지로。작위학교발전신전략，학교특색건설대아국중소학적가지속발전유착겁기중요적의의。채용귀납분석위주적방법대아국중소학학교특색건설적기보、중소학학교특색건설적진전진행료총결、분석，재차기출상대아국중소학학교특색건설중존재적문제진행료소리，병제출료건설성의견。
School characteristics construction is the only way for the development of the school. As a new strategy of school development, school characteristics construction has extremely important significance for the sustainable development of our country primary and secondary schools. Adopting the method of induc-tive analysis to analyze the development of school characteristic construction of primary and secondary schools, on this basis combing the existing problems in the school characteristics construction, then the paper puts forward the constructive suggestions.
