In Baigou River’s left embankment treatment project, the cohesive soil material should be adopted in anti-seepage treatment. Through the comparison of the test parameters of the soil material taken from the borrow pit located on the north part of Sugezhuang Village with regulation required technical indexes, this paper gives a comprehensive evaluation on the quality of the cohesive soil material taken for the project.
