目的：探讨复方樟柳碱注射液对于眼底病患者血液动力学的影响。方法选我院收治的120例眼底病患者，据患者病因的不同将其分为四组，四组患者均在眼患侧球后及行颞浅动脉旁的皮下给予复方樟柳碱的注射液进行交替治疗，并分别于各组治疗前后对血流变学的各项指标进行测定比较。结果各组患者经过治疗后在血浆黏度、血黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞比容、红细胞聚集指数等方面较治疗前均有显著降低（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论复方樟柳碱注射液可以改善患者微循环及血液流变学的指标，在临床对各类型的眼底病疗效明显。
목적：탐토복방장류감주사액대우안저병환자혈액동역학적영향。방법선아원수치적120례안저병환자，거환자병인적불동장기분위사조，사조환자균재안환측구후급행섭천동맥방적피하급여복방장류감적주사액진행교체치료，병분별우각조치료전후대혈류변학적각항지표진행측정비교。결과각조환자경과치료후재혈장점도、혈점도、섬유단백원、홍세포비용、홍세포취집지수등방면교치료전균유현저강저（P＜0.05），차이구유통계학의의。결론복방장류감주사액가이개선환자미순배급혈액류변학적지표，재림상대각류형적안저병료효명현。
Objective to study the compound anisodine injection for hemodynamic effects of patients with fundus diseases. Methods choose 120 cases of our hospital patients with fundus diseases, according to the etiology of patients with different it can be divided into four groups, four groups of patients after the eye of the bal and superficial line temporal artery by subcutaneous given compound anisodine injection for alternate treatment, and in each group before and after treatment respectively studied al the indexes of hemorrheology were used to compare. Results the groups of patients after treatment in viscosity, blood plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, erythrocyte hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index, etc, were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), the difference is statistical y significant. Conclusion patients with compound anisodine injection can improve microcirculation and blood rheology indicators, to various types of ophthalmology in clinical curative effect is obvious.
