在分析了滚珠丝杠副精度保持性影响因素的基础上,针对关键影响因素,从简化方案设计的角度出发,提出了双向加载方案和外力加载方案并进行了试验台的三维设计。对两种加载设计分别进行了原理阐述和组件介绍,并对两种加载方式做了对比。结果表明双向加载方式新颖,试验效率高,但存在大载荷条件下偏载的隐患;外力加载方式传统,试验效率低,但提供的加载力大且稳定,可扩大试验样本。

On the base of analyzing the influence factors of accuracy retention of ball screw,the biaxial load-ing and external loading testing program were proposed and both of the three—dimensional models of the test bed were designed by aiming at key influence factors and simplifying programs design. The two loading de-sign principle and components were introduced by making a comparison. The result indicated that the biaxial loading is novel, the efficiency is high, but it has the hidden danger which under the big load condition car-ries;and the external loading is traditional, the efficiency is low, but the loading strength is big and stable, expanding the test sample.
