研究新型加工助剂HPP在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:添加加工助剂HPP,胶料的门尼粘度减小,白炭黑和炭黑分散性改善,加工性能明显改善,撕裂强度增大,磨耗量减小,生热降低,成品轮胎的耐久性能提高。

In this study, new rubber processing aid HPP was applied in the tread compound of LTR tire. The experimental results showed that, by adding HPP, the Mooney viscosity of the tread compound decreased, the dispersion of silica and carbon black was improved, the processing properties of the compound was signiifcantly improved, the tear strength increased, the abrasion and heat build-up were reduced, and the endurance performance of the ifnished tire was improved.
