基于ABAQUS软件,开发了热力耦合分析用户子程序,对自润滑向心关节轴承进行了完全耦合热力分析。结果表明,采用完全耦合热力分析得到的外圈最大温度值与试验测量值的相对误差小于顺序耦合热力分析的相对误差,完全耦合热力分析得到的结果与试验测量值更加吻合。热力耦合分析与静力分析结果相比,接触应力和最大接触应力均有所增加,在温升引起的热膨胀作用下内圈沿径向力方向的最大位移有所减小。
基于ABAQUS軟件,開髮瞭熱力耦閤分析用戶子程序,對自潤滑嚮心關節軸承進行瞭完全耦閤熱力分析。結果錶明,採用完全耦閤熱力分析得到的外圈最大溫度值與試驗測量值的相對誤差小于順序耦閤熱力分析的相對誤差,完全耦閤熱力分析得到的結果與試驗測量值更加吻閤。熱力耦閤分析與靜力分析結果相比,接觸應力和最大接觸應力均有所增加,在溫升引起的熱膨脹作用下內圈沿徑嚮力方嚮的最大位移有所減小。

Based on ABAQUS,the fully coupled thermal-stress analysis of self-lubricated radial spherical plain bear-ing is completed by developing a user subroutine.The relative error between maximum temperature value of bearing out-er ring and test value obtained by fully coupled thermal-stress analysis is smaller than that of the sequentially coupled thermal-stress analysis.Therefore the results of fully coupled thermal-stress analysis have a better consistency with the test value.The contact pressure and maximum contact pressure of coupled thermal-stress analysis both increase compared with the results of static analysis.Because of the thermal expansion caused by temperature rise,the maximum displacement of inner ring along direction of radial force is smaller.
