建立了离子排斥色谱柱分离、电感耦合等离子体光谱仪检测食品中硼酸的方法。样品经纯水提取并经RP柱处理后直接进样,样品基体与硼酸在专用离子排斥柱IonPac ICE–Borate上可有效分离,6 min内可完成一次样品测定。硼酸的质量浓度在5~100 mg/L范围内与色谱峰高线性良好,线性方程为y=15.347x–3.2245,相关系数为0.9996。硼酸的检出限为0.3 mg/L。7次样品重复性测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.5%,样品加标回收率在85%以上。

A method was developed to determine borate in food by ion chromatography coupled with inductively coupled plasma–optical emission spectroscopy (ICP–OES). Samples were extracted with water,and inject into the IC system after the RP SPE column treatment. Borate could be separated well in 6 min with the matrix in the IonPac ICE–Borate column. Borate concerntration was linear with the chromatograph peak height between 5 mg/L and 100 mg/L. The linear equation was with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 6. The detection limit was 0.3 mg/L,RSD was 1.5%(n=7), and the recovery was above 85%.
