[目的]对基层护士长对护理流程再造的认知状况及护理流程再造的实施现状进行调查分析，为医院护理管理的发展提供参考信息。[方法]采用描述性研究，整群抽取厦门市9所三级医院300名基层护士长为研究对象。制定护理流程再造认知及实施现状调查问卷，对300名基层护士长进行调查。[结果]基层护士长对护理流程再造知晓率仅为42.9%；38.6%的调查对象反映现有流程存在的最主要的问题是过于繁琐、缺乏人性化；40.7%的调查对象认为开展护理流程再造的过程中最难解决的问题是设计精简、方便、实用性强的流程。[结论]目前护理流程再造的认知程度不高，实施过程中存在的困难急需得到解决，为了使护理流程再造发挥最大效益，应重视护理流程再造并针对原因采取积极干预措施。

Objective:To survey and analyze the cognition and implementation status quo of head nurses in pri-mary hospitals on nursing process reengineering,and so as to provide the references for the development of the hospital care management.Methods:A total of 300 head nurses in primary hospitals were cluster extracted as the study objects from 9 third grade hospitals in Xiamen by descriptive study.They received survey by using the questionnaire of cognition and implementation status of nursing process reengineering.Results:The awareness rate of head nurses in primary hospitals on nursing process reengineering was only 42.9%;the main problem of nursing process reengineering reported by 38.6% of them were too complex and lack of humanity;and 40.7%of them thought the most difficult problems to solve were design of simple,convenient and practical process during developing nursing process reengineering.Conclusion:The cognition degree of nursing process reengi-neering is not high,the problems in the process of implementation need be solved quickly.In order to make the nursing process reengineering have largest benefit,the nursing process reengineering should be paid attention to and active interventions should be taken aiming at its reasons.
