与当今中国的快速变迁相适应，社会文化形态也呈现出多元并存、冲突融合的复杂图景。当冲突通过特定案例在网络上集中加以表达和呈现时，就生成了网络群体性事件。网络群体性事件中的文化冲突类型主要有：大众文化和主流文化的冲突，狭隘民族主义和理性民族主义的冲突，善与恶的冲突，利益追求和道德追求的冲突。网络管理者应加以引领，策略包括：坚守核心价值，引领网络文化的方向；合理引导舆论，防范网络文化冲突的扩展；加强法制建设，规范网络文化冲突的言论。网民应通过道德自律进行理性表达，通过文化自觉吸收、融合异质文化，通过网络公共领域形成文化共识。

In tune with China?s rapid changes,Chinese culture is taking on a mixture of multi-culture with cultural conflicts and fusion.Internet group events present themselves when cultural conflicts are reflected through specific cases on the Internet.Cultural conflicts of Internet group events include con-flicts between mass culture and mainstream culture,conflicts between narrow populism and rational nationalism,conflicts between virtue and evil as well as between the pursuit of interests and that of morality.The strategy is to rationally guide public opinion so as to prevent the spread of Internet cul-tural conflicts,to adhere to core values so as to direct Internet culture and finally to consolidate the construction of legal institution so as to normalize the expression of opinions on the Internet.Netizens are supposed to practice rational expression through moral self-discipline,absorb the integration of heterogeneous culture through the cultural consciousness,thus forming a cultural consensus through the network public sphere.
