建立了一种利用阴离子交换色谱分离,以积分脉冲安培检测器同时测定葡萄糖氧化反应液中葡萄糖和葡萄糖酸的方法。采用IonPac AS11–HC阴离子交换柱,以5.0 mmol/L KOH溶液作为淋洗液,等度洗脱,流量为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,进样体积为25μL。葡萄糖和葡萄糖酸测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为0.66%,1.32%(n=6),线性相关系数分别为0.9893,0.9929,平均加标回收率分别为99.50%,109.0%。该方法可用于葡萄糖氧化反应液中葡萄糖和葡萄糖酸的同时测定。

Simultaneous analysis of glucose and gluconate in oxidation reaction aqua was presented by using anion-exchange chromatography and pulsed amperometric detection. Separation was performed on an IonPac AS11–HC column with 1.0 mL/min eluent of 5.0 mmol/L KOH solution. The injection volume was 25μL and the column temperature was 30℃. The relative standard derivations of glucose and gluconate were 0.66%,1.32% (n=6), and the linear correlation coefficent were 0.989 3,0.992 9, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.50% and 109.0%, respectively. This method can be applied to determine glucose and gluconate in oxidation reaction aqua with satisfactory results.
