圣雪3号是以细胞质雄性不育系CM4-11为母本，以自交系2010-35为父本配制而成的中熟花椰菜一代杂种。植株生长势中强，叶片灰绿色，花球圆形近高圆形，洁白、紧实，自覆性好，品质优良，春季栽培从定植至采收80 d（天）左右，平均单球质量1.20 kg，每667 m2产量3000 kg左右；秋季栽培从播种至采收117 d（天）左右，平均单球质量1.30 kg，每667 m2产量3300 kg左右。适宜甘肃及西北相同气候区域推广种植。

‘Shenxue No.3’is a new cauliflower F1 hybrid developed by crossing cytoplasmic male sterile line CM4-11 as female parent and inbred line 2010-35 as male parent. The plant has midium strong growth vigor. It has grey green leaf blades,round or tall round flower balls,which is white in color,tight and heavy. The fruit has good quality. It can be harvested about 80 days from planting to harvest in spring cultivation. Its average single ball weight is 1.20 kg,and the yield is about 45 t.hm-2. In autumn cultivation,it takes about 117 days from sowing to harvest. The average single ball weight is 1.30 kg,and the yield is about 49.5 t.hm-2. It is suitable to be grown in Gansu Province and regions in northwest China with same climatic conditions.
