建立一种海水中的亚硝酸根离子测定方法。采用配备紫外可见分光光度检测器的离子色谱仪,选用高容量、强亲水性的AS11阴离子分析柱,以40 mmol/L NaOH水溶液为流动相,流量为1.0 mL/min,样品经0.45μm滤膜过滤后直接进样。选定210 nm的波长进行检测,海水中的氯离子对检测无干扰。亚硝酸根离子在0.05~200 mg/L内呈现良好的线性关系,线性系数为0.9995,方法检出限为0.01 mg/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.51%(n=11),样品加标回收率为99.5%。该方法操作简便,具有良好的精密度与准确度,能够实现海水中亚硝酸根离子的快速检测。

The method was established for determination of nitrite in seawater by ion chromatography with UV–VIS detector. The high capacity and strong hydrophilicity AS11 anion analytical column was used,the mobile phase was 40 mmol/L NaOH solution at theflow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the sample wasfiltered by 0.45μm membrane. 210 nm was selected for the detecting wavelength without interference of large amounts of chloride ions in seawater. The linear range of the calibration curve was 0.05–200 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 5, the detection limit was 0.01 mg/L. The relative standard deviation of determination results was 0.51%(n=11) and the recovery was 99.5%. The result showed that the method was simple,reliable and suitable for quikcly determining nitrite in seawater.
