建立一种离子色谱检测PM2.5中阳离子和有机胺的方法。采用Thermo Fisher IonPac CS17和CG17色谱柱,以甲基磺酸为淋洗液,梯度洗脱,30 min内进行分离测定,Na+,K+,NH4+,Mg2+,Ca2+5种阳离子和丙胺、二甲胺、三甲胺的色谱峰面积与其质量浓度具有良好的线性,相关系数r2在0.9981和0.9998之间,各成分检出限为0.02~0.16μg/L,色谱峰面积的精密度在0.7%~1.9%(n=7)之间,加标回收率为88.6%~95.6%。该方法可用于评价区域大气污染状况及污染物来源。

A method was established for determination of 5 kinds of cations and 3 kinds of organic amine in PM2.5 with ion chromatography. Separation was carried out on Thermo Fisher IonPac CS17 and CG17 chromatographic column with methyl sulfonic acid as mobile phase,gradient eluted and separated within 30 min. The method showed a good linearity (r2 was between 0.998 1 and 0.999 8) and satisfactory precision (RSD was between 0.72% and 1.9%,n=7). The LOD was 0.02–0.16μg/L,and the recoveries were between 88.6% and 95.6%. The method may be applied to evaluate atmospheric condition and serach for the source of pollutants.
