建立一种快速检测PM2.5中阴离子和有机酸的离子色谱方法。以Thermo Fisher IonPac AS18–4μm为分析柱,AG18–4μm为保护柱,以氢氧化钾溶液为流动相,等度洗脱,5 min内进行分离。被测组分的质量浓度与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性,相关系数在0.9985~0.9999之间,各色谱峰面积的精密度在0.98%~1.9%(n=7)之间,各组分加标回收率为92.1%~107.4%,检出限为0.04~2.00μg/L。该方法可应用于评价区域大气的质量。

A rapid method was established to determine anions and organic acids in PM2.5 by ion chromatography. Anions and organic acids were separated by Thermo Fisher IonPac AS18–4μm and AG18–4μm chromatographic columns with potassium hydroxide solution as the mobile phase eluted within 5 min. The method showed a good linearity withr2 between 0.998 5 and 0.999 9. The RSDs were between 0.98% and 1.9%(n=7), the recoveries were 92.1%–107.4%. The LODs were 0.04–2.00μg/L. The method is suitable to evaluate the quality of regional atmospheric.
