目的:探讨泌尿外科后腹腔镜建立后腹腔的三种方式的临床应用价值。方法随机将80例实施后腹腔镜术患者按建腔方式的差异分A、B、C三组。A组釆用自制气囊法;B组釆用手指分离法;C组采用IUPU法。记录三组建腔时间、并发症以及评价对手术操作影响等。结果所有患者均顺利建立后腹膜腔,对手术操作无显著影响。三组建立后腹腔的时间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组术后均无显著并发症。结论 IUPU法最方便快捷,切口也最小;气囊法最耗时,且有破裂风险,术后可能发生患侧腰助部外凸;手指法优劣性则介于两者之间。因此在泌尿外科后腹膜腔建腔中可釆用IUPU法。

목적:탐토비뇨외과후복강경건립후복강적삼충방식적림상응용개치。방법수궤장80례실시후복강경술환자안건강방식적차이분A、B、C삼조。A조변용자제기낭법;B조변용수지분리법;C조채용IUPU법。기록삼조건강시간、병발증이급평개대수술조작영향등。결과소유환자균순리건립후복막강,대수술조작무현저영향。삼조건립후복강적시간비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。삼조술후균무현저병발증。결론 IUPU법최방편쾌첩,절구야최소;기낭법최모시,차유파렬풍험,술후가능발생환측요조부외철;수지법우렬성칙개우량자지간。인차재비뇨외과후복막강건강중가변용IUPU법。
Objective To investigate the uropoiesis surgical department after laparoscopic establish three ways of the clinical application value of retroperitoneal. Methods Randomly 80 cases after the implementation of laparoscopic surgery patients according to the cavity mode difference points A, B, C three groups. Group A with homemade bal oon method; Group B bright with finger separation; Group C IUPU method. Record three to form a cavity time, complications, and evaluation of impact on the operation, etc. Results Al patients were successful y established after the peritoneal cavity, had no significant effect on operation. Time of three groups of establishing retroperitoneal comparative differences statistical y significant (P<0.05). Three groups had no significant postoperative complications. Conclusion IUPU method is the most convenient, minimal incision also;Airbag method the most time consuming, and fracture risk, postoperative convex outside the side waist help department; Fingers and inferiority method is somewhere in between. So the peritoneal cavity after the uropoiesis surgical department was built in the cavity can adopt IUPU method.
