建立测定牙膏中亚硫酸盐的离子色谱法。采用Thermo Fisher IonPac AS11–HC和AG11–HC色谱柱,在11 mmol/L KOH溶液中分离测定牙膏中的亚硫酸根离子,亚硫酸根离子的质量浓度与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,线性方程为y=0.1147x–0.0123,相关系数r2=0.9997,检测限为0.025 mg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差为为2.2%(n=7),回收率在81.8%~90.3%之间。

An ion chromatography method to determine sulfite in toothpastes was established. Separated by Thermo Fisher IonPac AS11–HC and AG11–HC chromatographic column with 11 mmol/L KOH solution as mobile phase,sulfite was determined by ion chromatography. The chromatography peak area showed a good linearity with sulfite concentration (r2=0.999 7), the detectcion limited was 0.025 mg/L,the linear equation wasy=0.114 7x–0.012 3,the relative standard deviation was 2.2%(n=7),and the recoveries were between 81.8% and 90.3%.
