目的：探讨鸦胆子油乳注射液联合TACE治疗原发性肝癌的疗效。方法40例患者分为2组，对照组病人采用肝动脉化疗栓塞术（Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization，TACE），鸦胆子组在TACE治疗原发性肝癌的同时，配合静脉滴注鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗，观察2组治疗效果和患者生活质量等。结果鸦胆子组治疗效果等各方面均优于对照组（P＜0.05），并且在治疗过程中未发现特殊毒副作用。结论鸦胆子油乳注射液可以辅助TACE对肝癌细胞的杀伤作用，同时可以减轻肝脏功能的损害，使症状得到改善，因此，鸦胆子油乳作为TACE的联合用药，有其重要的临床应用和推广价值。
목적：탐토아담자유유주사액연합TACE치료원발성간암적료효。방법40례환자분위2조，대조조병인채용간동맥화료전새술（Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization，TACE），아담자조재TACE치료원발성간암적동시，배합정맥적주아담자유유주사액치료，관찰2조치료효과화환자생활질량등。결과아담자조치료효과등각방면균우우대조조（P＜0.05），병차재치료과정중미발현특수독부작용。결론아담자유유주사액가이보조TACE대간암세포적살상작용，동시가이감경간장공능적손해，사증상득도개선，인차，아담자유유작위TACE적연합용약，유기중요적림상응용화추엄개치。
Objective Discussing the treatment effect of javanica oil emulsion injection combined with TACE of primary liver cancer. Methods 40 cases were divided into two groups. The control group of patients using hepaticarterial chemoembolization(Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization, TACE),while Brucea TACE group of primary liver cancer treatment,with intravenous injection javanica oil emulsion treatment,observation and clinical efficacy of two groups of patients living quality. Results Al aspects of clinical efficacy Brucea group than the control group (P<0.05), and no special Brucea side effects in the application process. Conclusion Javanica oil emulsion injection can assist kil ing effect of TACE of liver cancer cel s,reducing the side effects of embolization and damage to liver function,improving short-term effect, as an adjunct to TACE has important clinical application and promotion of value.
