目的:探讨CT诊断在蛛网膜下腔出血后脑微循环改变中的临床应用。方法选取我院收治的48例蛛网膜下腔出血患者作为观察组,选取同期体检健康的48例个体作为对照组,对这两组成员进行CT检查,比较两组的脑血流量、脑血容量以及血液平均通过时间。结果观察组的脑血流量、脑血容量明显低于对照组,平均通过时间多于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT成像技术应用于蛛网膜下腔出血后脑微循环改变的诊断,效果明显。

목적:탐토CT진단재주망막하강출혈후뇌미순배개변중적림상응용。방법선취아원수치적48례주망막하강출혈환자작위관찰조,선취동기체검건강적48례개체작위대조조,대저량조성원진행CT검사,비교량조적뇌혈류량、뇌혈용량이급혈액평균통과시간。결과관찰조적뇌혈류량、뇌혈용량명현저우대조조,평균통과시간다우대조조,차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 CT성상기술응용우주망막하강출혈후뇌미순배개변적진단,효과명현。
Objective To explore CT diagnosis in the clinical application of subarachnoid hemorrhage after brain microcirculation. Methods 48 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage as observation group, select the same physical health of 48 patients as control group, patients in the two groups of CT examination and comparison of two groups of patients with cerebral blood flow, cerebral blood volume and blood by time, on average. Results The observation group of cerebral blood flow, cerebral blood volume significantly lower than the control group, the average through time more than the control group, the difference statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The CT imaging technology is applied to the diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage afterbrain microcirculation, obvious effect, worth clinical promotion.
