目的：研究护理新理念在消毒供应中心管理过程中的应用。方法对比我院开展护理新理念推广教育活动前后消毒供应中心工作人员无菌物品管理情况以及服务满意度，并作统计学分析。结果与护理新理念教育前相比，教育后我院消毒供应中心无菌物品洗涤、灭菌、包装以及发放合格率均有大幅提升，同时服务满意度也随之提高，前后差异显著而具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在消毒供应中心管理工作中推广护理新理念有利于强化其物品消毒管理，可有效提高消毒供应中心工作质量，提升服务满意度。
목적：연구호리신이념재소독공응중심관리과정중적응용。방법대비아원개전호리신이념추엄교육활동전후소독공응중심공작인원무균물품관리정황이급복무만의도，병작통계학분석。결과여호리신이념교육전상비，교육후아원소독공응중심무균물품세조、멸균、포장이급발방합격솔균유대폭제승，동시복무만의도야수지제고，전후차이현저이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론재소독공응중심관리공작중추엄호리신이념유리우강화기물품소독관리，가유효제고소독공응중심공작질량，제승복무만의도。
Objective To study the application of new concepts in nursing central sterile supply management process. Methods Sterile management and service satisfaction before and after the treatments carried out educational activities to promote new ideas sterile supply center staff in our hospital were comparative analysis. Results Compared with before the new nursing ideas education,our hospital central sterile supply sterile washing, sterilization, packaging and issuing the pass rates had increased dramatically, but also service satisfaction increased after the new nursing ideas education,there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The promotion of sterilization and supply center in the management of care and new ideas in favor of strengthening its goods disinfection management, which can effectively improve the quality of central sterile supply, improve service satisfaction.
