In case of shortage of nurses of hospital, by means of the application of magnet nursing theory in secret service ward of military hospital, the high quality professional nurses were attracted and retained, meanwhile the turnover rate of the nurses was reduced and the job satisfaction was improved.Thus the secret service personnel were better cared and the satisfaction of patient and nurses was improved.
