目的：探讨HELLP综合征的临床诊断及治疗。方法选取2012年3月～2014年3月收治的24例妊高征并发HELLP患者进行治疗方法进行分析。结果24例HELLP综合征均行剖腹产终止妊娠。结论 HELLP综合征早期应用抗血栓剂，防治肝被膜下血肿破裂，孕周＞32周或胎肺已成熟时终止妊娠。

목적：탐토HELLP종합정적림상진단급치료。방법선취2012년3월～2014년3월수치적24례임고정병발HELLP환자진행치료방법진행분석。결과24례HELLP종합정균행부복산종지임신。결론 HELLP종합정조기응용항혈전제，방치간피막하혈종파렬，잉주＞32주혹태폐이성숙시종지임신。
Objective The clinical diagnosis and treatment of HELLP syndrome to be investigated. Methods Observing the treatment methods data selected from 24 cases of patients with HELLP syndrome. Results 24 cases of patients with HELLP syndrome underwent caesarean section to terminate pregnancy. Conclusion For patients with early HELLP syndrome, it is suggested to use antithrombotic suppository to prevent hematoma and rupture of hepatic subcapsular, and pregnancy is terminated when the patients with over 32 weeks’ gestation or fetal lungs are mature.
