Epilepsy%Treatment
目的：讨论癫痫不同发作类型的治疗方法。方法选取2013年3月～12月，我院收治的儿童癫痫患者20例，根据患儿不同的发病类型病选择合适的治疗方式。结果根据患儿不同发作类型临床病情程度进行药物治疗，药物治疗后显效11例（55%），有效6例（30%），无效3例（15%）。结论根据疾病不同的发作类型采用合理的药物治疗对缓解儿童癫痫有重要意义，为临床治疗癫痫病提供参考。
目的：討論癲癇不同髮作類型的治療方法。方法選取2013年3月～12月，我院收治的兒童癲癇患者20例，根據患兒不同的髮病類型病選擇閤適的治療方式。結果根據患兒不同髮作類型臨床病情程度進行藥物治療，藥物治療後顯效11例（55%），有效6例（30%），無效3例（15%）。結論根據疾病不同的髮作類型採用閤理的藥物治療對緩解兒童癲癇有重要意義，為臨床治療癲癇病提供參攷。
목적：토론전간불동발작류형적치료방법。방법선취2013년3월～12월，아원수치적인동전간환자20례，근거환인불동적발병류형병선택합괄적치료방식。결과근거환인불동발작류형림상병정정도진행약물치료，약물치료후현효11례（55%），유효6례（30%），무효3례（15%）。결론근거질병불동적발작류형채용합리적약물치료대완해인동전간유중요의의，위림상치료전간병제공삼고。
Objective The treatment methods to cure epilepsy according to dif erent outbreak types to be investigated. Methods Selecting proper way to cure 20 patients with epilepsy who are treated in hospital from March 2013 to December 2013 according to dif erent outbreak types of epilepsy. Results Providing children patients with proper medical treatment based on dif erent outbreak types of epilepsy as wel as il ness degree, and after medical treatment, 11 cases of patients improved their health (55%) and 6 cases are ef ective (30%) , but 3 cases are inef ective (15%). Conclusion Providing children patients with proper medical treatment based on dif erent outbreak types of epilepsy is quite significant to al eviate their il ness, and what’s more, it can be a reference for clinical treatment of epilepsy.
