目的：研究妊娠合并阴道炎应用乳酸杆菌活菌制剂治疗的临床效果。方法选取2013年10月～2014年10月间我院收治的94例妊娠合并阴道炎患者，对照组应用双唑泰栓阴道给药，观察组应用乳酸杆菌活菌制剂阴道给药，对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率（96.23%）、细菌清除率（71.70%）与对照组（80.49%）、（48.78%）比较明显较高，临床症状改善明显，两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论妊娠合并阴道炎应用乳酸杆菌活菌制剂治疗可显著改善临床症状，清除致病菌，维持阴道菌群平衡，效果良好。
목적：연구임신합병음도염응용유산간균활균제제치료적림상효과。방법선취2013년10월～2014년10월간아원수치적94례임신합병음도염환자，대조조응용쌍서태전음도급약，관찰조응용유산간균활균제제음도급약，대비량조림상료효。결과관찰조총유효솔（96.23%）、세균청제솔（71.70%）여대조조（80.49%）、（48.78%）비교명현교고，림상증상개선명현，량조치료효과차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론임신합병음도염응용유산간균활균제제치료가현저개선림상증상，청제치병균，유지음도균군평형，효과량호。
Objective The clinical ef icacy of probiotics lactobacil us in treatment of pregnancy associated with vaginitis is to be analyzed. Methods Choose 94 probiotics lactobacil us patients who are treated in hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 and separate them into control group and study group. Patients in control group are given Metronidazole suppositories used in vagina, while patients in study group are given probiotics lactobacil us suppositories, and then observe and compare the treatment ef icacy of the two groups. Results In study group, the treatment ef iciency is up to 96.23%and bacterial clearance rate is 71.70%, which are higher than counterparts (80.49%) (48.78%) in control group, and the patients’ il ness symptoms improved better in study group, there is a treatment dif erential between the two groups, and such a dif erential has statistic value(P<0.05).Conclusions Probiotics lactobacil us treatment is quite conducive to improving patients’ clinical symptoms of pregnancy associated with vaginitis and clearing bacteria in order to maintain the balance of vaginal bacteria Thus, such an ef ective treatment approach is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied.
