目的：研究米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤对宫外孕的临床治疗效果。方法搜集2013年8月～2014年8月我院接收的宫外孕37例患者，根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组治疗时应用米非司酮，实验组治疗时联合应用米非司酮和甲氨蝶呤。观察两组临床效果，并比较分析。结果实验组治疗有效率高于对照组，且包块消失和血β-HCG转阴时间较短，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗宫外孕的效果较好。
목적：연구미비사동연합갑안접령대궁외잉적림상치료효과。방법수집2013년8월～2014년8월아원접수적궁외잉37례환자，근거치료방법불동분위량조。대조조치료시응용미비사동，실험조치료시연합응용미비사동화갑안접령。관찰량조림상효과，병비교분석。결과실험조치료유효솔고우대조조，차포괴소실화혈β-HCG전음시간교단，유명현차이，유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론미비사동연합갑안접령치료궁외잉적효과교호。
Objective The treatment ef icacy of Mifepristone combined with Methotrexate treatment in ectopic pregnancy is to be observed. Methods Choose 37 patients with ectopic pregnancy who are treated in hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into two groups according to their dif erent treatment approaches. Patients in control group are given Mifepristone treatment only, while patients in study group are given combined treatment of Mifepristone and Methotrexate treatment, and then observe and compare the clinical treatment ef icacy of two groups. Results The treatment ef icacy in study group is much higher than control group;besides, the tumor disappearing time and time for bloodβ-HCG changing into be negative of patients in study group are shorter;there is a treatment dif erential between the two groups, such a dif erential has statistic value(P<0.05).Conclusions Mifepristone combined with Methotrexate treatment is rather ef ective to cure patients with ectopic pregnancy;therefore, it is quite worthy to be promoted and applied.
