目的：研究拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果。方法搜集2013年5月～2014年5月我院接收的妊娠期高血压58例患者，按照不同治疗方法分为研究组和对照组。对研究组29例联合应用拉贝洛尔和硫酸镁，对照组29例仅应用硫酸镁。观察研究组与对照组的治疗效果，并比较。结果与对照组相比，研究组治疗有效率较高，血压控制较好，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果较显著，能有效控制血压。
목적：연구랍패락이연합류산미치료임신기고혈압적림상효과。방법수집2013년5월～2014년5월아원접수적임신기고혈압58례환자，안조불동치료방법분위연구조화대조조。대연구조29례연합응용랍패락이화류산미，대조조29례부응용류산미。관찰연구조여대조조적치료효과，병비교。결과여대조조상비，연구조치료유효솔교고，혈압공제교호，유명현차이，유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론랍패락이연합류산미치료임신기고혈압적림상효과교현저，능유효공제혈압。
Objective The clinical ef ect of Labetalol combined with magnesium treatment in gestational hypertension to be researched. Methods Col ect 58 patients with gestational hypertension who are treated in hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 and separate them into study group and control group according to dif erent treatment methods. The patients in study group are given Labetalol combined with magnesium treatment, while, patients in control group are given magnesium treatment only and then observe and compare the treatment ef ects of the two groups.Results Compared to control group, the study group is much more effective and better to control the blood pressure, such a differential has the statistic value(P<0.05).Conclusion Labetalol combined with magnesium treatment is much more ef ective to cure gestational hypertension in clinical treatment and to keep blood pressure in control, which is worth of being promoted.
