目的：观察氨苄青霉素在淋菌性外阴炎治疗中的应用效果。方法搜集2013年8月～2014年8月我院接收的淋菌性外阴炎35例患者，分为两组。对照组17例治疗时应用红霉素，观察组18例治疗时应用氨苄青霉素。观察两组疗效，并比较。结果与对照组相比，观察组治疗有效率较高，不良反应的发生率较低，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论氨苄青霉素在淋菌性外阴炎治疗中的应用效果显著，有效率高，不良反应少。
목적：관찰안변청매소재림균성외음염치료중적응용효과。방법수집2013년8월～2014년8월아원접수적림균성외음염35례환자，분위량조。대조조17례치료시응용홍매소，관찰조18례치료시응용안변청매소。관찰량조료효，병비교。결과여대조조상비，관찰조치료유효솔교고，불량반응적발생솔교저，유명현차이，유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론안변청매소재림균성외음염치료중적응용효과현저，유효솔고，불량반응소。
Objective Application efficacy of Ampicil in in treatment of gonococcal genital vulvitis is to be observed. Methods Choose 35 patients with gonococcal genital vulvitis who are treated in hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into two groups. 17 patients in control group are given erythromycin treatment, while 18 patients in study group are given Ampicillin treatment, and then observe and compare the treatment efficacy of these two groups. Results Compared to control group, the treatment efficacy in study group is much higher with less side-effect incidence, there is a treatment differential between the two groups, and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Ampicil in is of efficacy in treatment of gonococcal genital vulvitis;such a treatment approach boasts the advantages of high efficiency and few side effects;thus, Ampicil in is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied in treatment of gonococcal genital vulvitis.
