目的：分析临床护理路径在甲状腺瘤患者手术中的应用和效果。方法甲状腺瘤患者88例作为研究对象，分为研究组与对照组，每组患者各44例，并对两组患者护理满意度、术后并发症进行对比。结果研究组采用临床路径护理，研究组术后并发症例数明显少于对照组，组间数据对比存在明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论将临床护理路径运用在甲状腺瘤患者手术中，可降低术后并发症的出现。
目的：分析臨床護理路徑在甲狀腺瘤患者手術中的應用和效果。方法甲狀腺瘤患者88例作為研究對象，分為研究組與對照組，每組患者各44例，併對兩組患者護理滿意度、術後併髮癥進行對比。結果研究組採用臨床路徑護理，研究組術後併髮癥例數明顯少于對照組，組間數據對比存在明顯差異（P＜0.05）。結論將臨床護理路徑運用在甲狀腺瘤患者手術中，可降低術後併髮癥的齣現。
목적：분석림상호리로경재갑상선류환자수술중적응용화효과。방법갑상선류환자88례작위연구대상，분위연구조여대조조，매조환자각44례，병대량조환자호리만의도、술후병발증진행대비。결과연구조채용림상로경호리，연구조술후병발증례수명현소우대조조，조간수거대비존재명현차이（P＜0.05）。결론장림상호리로경운용재갑상선류환자수술중，가강저술후병발증적출현。
Objective To analyze the application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with thyroid tumor surgery and ef ects. Methods 88 patients with thyroid adenoma as the research object, 44 cases were divided into research group and control group patients, and the two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care, postoperative complications were compared. Results After the team using clinical nursing path, the team the postoperative complications were significantly less than the control group, the data contrast exists obvious dif erence between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Therefore applying clinical nursing pathway in patients with thyroid tumor surgery, can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, worthy of promotion.
