植物遗传转化是基础理论研究和农作物性状改良的必要手段。随着蘸花法在十字花科植物中的成功应用被越来越多的学者关注,并用于许多模式植物及农作物的遗传转化。蘸花法简便、高效、稳定性好,转化后可直接获得转基因种子。该文介绍了蘸花法的原理,分析影响转化效率的因素,并总结了目前已成功应用蘸花法的研究情况及筛选转基因后代的优化方法。

Genetic transformation is the dominant technology used in plant transgenic operation and improvement of crop traits. Floral dip has been successfully applied in the transgenic research of cruiferae plants ,and this method has been concerned by more researchers. Floral dip possesses many advantages such as its simplicity of operation ,higher transformation efficiency and better stability. The transgenic mutants were obtained directly. It summarized the transforming principle of floral dip ,factors affecting the transformation efficiency and the screening methods of transgenic progeny.
