目的：分析研究老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折采取锁定钢板手术治疗与非手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2013年8月至2014年7月在我院接诊的老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的病人68例，随机分为两组，每组34例。 A组采用切开复位锁定钢板内固定治疗；B组采用闭合复位石膏或夹板外固定治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果。结果 A组优良率明显高于B组（P＜0．05），A组手术后各项影像学参数改善情况明显优于B组（P＜0．05），A组并发症明显低于B组（P＜0．05）。结论锁定钢板手术治疗老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折，治疗效果显著，并发症发生率明显减少，降低并发症发生率，具有临床推广价值。
목적：분석연구노년뇨골원단불은정성골절채취쇄정강판수술치료여비수술치료적림상효과。방법선취2013년8월지2014년7월재아원접진적노년뇨골원단불은정성골절적병인68례，수궤분위량조，매조34례。 A조채용절개복위쇄정강판내고정치료；B조채용폐합복위석고혹협판외고정치료。비교량조림상치료효과。결과 A조우량솔명현고우B조（P＜0．05），A조수술후각항영상학삼수개선정황명현우우B조（P＜0．05），A조병발증명현저우B조（P＜0．05）。결론쇄정강판수술치료노년뇨골원단불은정성골절，치료효과현저，병발증발생솔명현감소，강저병발증발생솔，구유림상추엄개치。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of non-surgical treatment and locking plate surgery in treatment of elderly unstable fracture of the distal radius .Methods 68 cases of patients with elderly unstable fracture of the distal radius in our hospital from August 2013 to July 2014,were randomly divided into two groups , 34 cases of each group .The A group was treated with open reduction and locked plate fixation , the B group was treated with closed reduction and plaster or splints , the clinical effects was compared in two groups .Results The A group of clinical excellent rate was significantly higher than the B group (P<0.05);after treatment, the A group of radiographic parameters improve situation was significantly better than the B group (P<0.05); the A group of complication rate was significantly lower than the B group (P<0.05).Conclusions Locking Plate surgery in treatment of elderly unstable fracture of the distal radius , significant treatment effect , reduce the complication rate , and has the value of clinical promotion .
