目的：分析美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗高血压心脏病室性早搏的疗效。方法随机抽取我院2012年10月至2013年10月收治的高血压心脏病室性早搏患者62例，分为两组，给予对照组患者美托洛尔治疗，研究组采用美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒，分析两组临床疗效。结果治疗后，研究组各项血流变指标改善程度及总有效率，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；两组不良反应发生率比较无明显差异（ P＞0．05）。结论给予高血压心脏病室性早搏患者美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗的效果较为显著，且安全可靠，具有临床推广应用的价值。
목적：분석미탁락이연합은심과립치료고혈압심장병실성조박적료효。방법수궤추취아원2012년10월지2013년10월수치적고혈압심장병실성조박환자62례，분위량조，급여대조조환자미탁락이치료，연구조채용미탁락이연합은심과립，분석량조림상료효。결과치료후，연구조각항혈류변지표개선정도급총유효솔，여대조조상비차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；량조불량반응발생솔비교무명현차이（ P＞0．05）。결론급여고혈압심장병실성조박환자미탁락이연합은심과립치료적효과교위현저，차안전가고，구유림상추엄응용적개치。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of metoprolol combined with metacentre grain in treatment of high blood pressure , heart disease ventricular premature beat .Methods Randomly selected from October 2012 to October 2013 were high blood pressure , heart disease , 62 cases of patients with premature beat , divided into two groups , control group patients'metoprolol therapy , the team with metoprolol combined metacentre grain, analysis of two groups of clinical curative effect .Results After treatment, the team improved the hemorrheology indexes and total effective rate , compared with the control group was statistically significant difference (P<0.05); Incidence of adverse reactions to the two groups was no significant difference ( P >0.05).Conclusions For high blood pressure, heart disease patients with ventricular premature beat metoprolol combined with metacentric granule treatment effect is significant , and safe and reliable , and has the value of clinical application .
