Schizothorax lissolabiatus Tsao%water quality%physical and chemical factors%fish disease
以澜沧江的光唇裂腹鱼为研究对象,在高低温季节对不同养殖密度的光唇裂腹鱼的养殖水体进行水质检测与分析。结果表明:在5—10月,4个鱼池的月平均温度范围是15~22℃,溶氧(Do)范围是5~8 mg/L,pH值范围是7.8~8.8,化学需氧量(COD)范围是6~14 mg/L,总氮(TN)含量范围是0.2~0.9 mg/L,总磷(TP)含量范围是0.2~1.6 mg/L,氨氮(NH3-N)含量范围是0.005~0.030 mg/L。研究表明,温度、Do、pH值、TN、NH3-N含量都处在安全范围内,TP超过了有效磷临界值,COD和TN的含量较高,需要加以调控。此研究着重从水质理化因子与光唇裂腹鱼养殖的相关性方面进行研究,并提出了相应的调控措施,为光唇裂腹鱼养殖水环境调控提供科学理论依据。

This experiment used the Schizothorax lissolabiatus Tsao as the research object,in the high and low temperature seasons,the water quality of Schizothorax lissolabiatus Tsao of different breeding density was tested.The results showed that from May to October ,monthly temperature range of four fishpond was 15~22℃,dissolved oxygen range 5~8 mg/L,pH value range was 7.8~8.8,chemical oxygen demand scope was 6~14 mg/L, total nitrogen content was 0.2~0.9 mg/L,total phosphorus content was 0.2~1.6 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen content was 0.005~0.030 mg/L.Studies had shown that temperature,Do,pH,TN,NH3-N content were in the safe range,total phosphorus was more than the effective phosphorus boundary value, chemical oxygen demand and total nitrogen content were higher ,which need to regulate.This study emphatically analyzed the correlation of Schizothorax lissolabiatus Tsao breeding from the physical and chemical water quality factor and the light ,and put forward the corresponding control measures,so as to provide a scientific theory basis for water environment regulation of breeding the Schizothorax lissolabiatus Tsao.
