[目的]了解专科护士工作现状及核心能力水平。[方法]采用便利抽样法对某三级甲等医院专科护士125人进行问卷调查。[结果]专科护士角色定位并不明晰,专科护士直接护理能力、教学指导/信息支持、沟通协调、健康教育能力评分处于较高水平,专业发展、管理能力、科研能力评分处于中等水平。[结论]医院管理者应明晰专科护士岗位职责,加强科研等方面能力的培养,提高专科护士综合能力。

[목적]료해전과호사공작현상급핵심능력수평。[방법]채용편리추양법대모삼급갑등의원전과호사125인진행문권조사。[결과]전과호사각색정위병불명석,전과호사직접호리능력、교학지도/신식지지、구통협조、건강교육능력평분처우교고수평,전업발전、관리능력、과연능력평분처우중등수평。[결론]의원관리자응명석전과호사강위직책,가강과연등방면능력적배양,제고전과호사종합능력。
Objective:To know about the work status quo and core competency of specialist nurses.Methods:A total of 125 specialist nurses in a third grade class A hospital were surveyed by using convenience sampling.Re-sults:The roles positioning of specialist nurses was not clear.The scores of direct nursing ability,teaching guid-ance,information support,communication and coordination,health education ability of specialist nurses were at a higher level.And professional development ,management ability,scientific research ability scores were at the medium level.Conclusion:Hospital managers should identify the responsibilities and roles of specialist nurses, strengthen the nursing research ability training and improve comprehensive competency of specialist nurses.
