目的:探讨序贯性T PN+EN对重型颅脑损伤患者并发症及胃肠功能的影响。方法选取2010‐09—2013‐06我院收治的92例重型颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(EN组)46例和观察组(序贯性T PN+ EN组)46例,比较2组各类并发症发生率及肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间构成情况。结果观察组各类并发症发生率均低于对照组,肠鸣音恢复时间<48 h者、排气时间<48 h及排便时间<72 h者比例均显著高于对照组,且观察组弥漫性损伤及局灶性损伤均显著优于对照组,P均<0.05。结论序贯性T PN+EN可有效改善重型颅脑损伤患者的胃肠功能,且对患者并发症的发生也发挥积极的控制作用。

목적:탐토서관성T PN+EN대중형로뇌손상환자병발증급위장공능적영향。방법선취2010‐09—2013‐06아원수치적92례중형로뇌손상환자위연구대상,수궤분위대조조(EN조)46례화관찰조(서관성T PN+ EN조)46례,비교2조각류병발증발생솔급장명음회복시간、배기시간、배편시간구성정황。결과관찰조각류병발증발생솔균저우대조조,장명음회복시간<48 h자、배기시간<48 h급배편시간<72 h자비례균현저고우대조조,차관찰조미만성손상급국조성손상균현저우우대조조,P균<0.05。결론서관성T PN+EN가유효개선중형로뇌손상환자적위장공능,차대환자병발증적발생야발휘적겁적공제작용。
Objective To study and investigate the influence of sequential TPN+EN for the complications and gastrointes‐tinal function of patients with severe craniocerebral injury .Methods Totally 92 patients with severe craniocerebral injury in our hospital from September 2010 to June 2013 were selected as research object ,and 92 cases were randomly divided into control group(EN group)and observation group(sequential TPN+ EN group) ,46 cases in each group ,then the various complication rates and the composition of bowl sound recovery time ,exhaust time and defecation time of two groups were analyzed and com‐pared .Results The various complication rates of observation group were all respectively lower than those of control group ,the rates of bowl sound recovery time<48 h ,the rates of exhaust time<48 h and the rates of defecation time<72 h were all signifi‐cantly lower than those of control group ,and those indexes of observation group with diffuse injury and local injury were all sig‐nificantly better than those of control group ,all P<0.05 .Conclusion The sequential TPN+ EN can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of patients with severe craniocerebral injury ,and it also plays an active role in controlling the complica‐tion rates of patients .
