目的:采用基于HPLC‐MS代谢组学技术研究女性首发精神分裂症患者血浆样品,鉴别精神分裂症患者血浆代谢产物变化及标志性代谢产物。方法以符合DSM‐Ⅳ首发精神分裂症的女性急性期住院患者为病例组,女性健康志愿者为对照组,取2组患者血浆并进行基于HPLC‐MS的代谢组学分析,寻找女性首发精神分裂症的生物标志物。结果与健康对照组相比,女性首发精神分裂症患者血浆代谢物产生明显变化,发现16个差异性的代谢产物。结论基于液相色谱‐质谱技术的代谢组学研究发现女性首发精神分裂症患者存在氨基酸、能量及维生素E代谢紊乱。

목적:채용기우HPLC‐MS대사조학기술연구녀성수발정신분렬증환자혈장양품,감별정신분렬증환자혈장대사산물변화급표지성대사산물。방법이부합DSM‐Ⅳ수발정신분렬증적녀성급성기주원환자위병례조,녀성건강지원자위대조조,취2조환자혈장병진행기우HPLC‐MS적대사조학분석,심조녀성수발정신분렬증적생물표지물。결과여건강대조조상비,녀성수발정신분렬증환자혈장대사물산생명현변화,발현16개차이성적대사산물。결론기우액상색보‐질보기술적대사조학연구발현녀성수발정신분렬증환자존재안기산、능량급유생소E대사문란。
Objective To study the pathogenesis of female with first onset schizophrenia through detecting the metabolites in plasma by HPLC‐MS. Methods The plasma from all the research projects, normal project and female with first onset schiz‐ophrenia were analyzed by HPLC‐MS in order to find out the biomarker related with the pathogenesis of female with first onset schizophrenia. Results Compared with control group, the metabolites in female with first onset schizophrenia were changed dramatically and 16 biomarkers were discovered. Conclusion Abnormal metabolic pathways, including amino acid, vitamin E and energy metabolic were exists in female with first onset schizophrenia.
