军事理论课是普通高等学校学生的一门必修课。地方高校的军事理论课教学存在教师教得累、学生学得苦、教学效果差的现状。教师素质、学生素质、教学内容、教学条件等因素制约着军事理论课的教学效果。为提高军事理论课的教学质量,教师在授课中应遵循学生的心理发展规律,发挥师生的情感因素,选用灵活多样的教学方法,采用立体化的教学模式。

The military theory course is a compulsory course for the college students.The status on the teaching of military theo-ry course in local universities is that the teachers teach too hard, students learn the bitter and teaching effect is poor.The quality of teachers and students, teaching content, teaching conditions and other factors control the teaching effect of military theory class.In order to improve effect on the teaching of military theory class, teachers should teach following the laws of psychological development of students in the class, developing the emotional factors of teachers and students, selecting flexible teaching methods, adopting the three-dimensional teaching mode.
