[目的]探讨健康教育康复训练路径在胸腰椎结核病人中的研究效果。[方法]将102例胸腰椎结核病人随机分为观察组48例，对照组54例，观察组采用健康教育康复训练路径表进行全程康复训练，对照组实施传统方法进行健康教育及康复训练。[结果]实施健康教育康复训练路径后，观察组病人的平均住院时间、住院费用、术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)；接受健康教育后对健康教育及康复训练内容的掌握程度显著提高(P <0.01)，病人对护理的满意度大幅度提高(P <0.01)。[结论]健康教育康复训练路径的应用有助于提高康复训练效果，提高病人对疾病知识的认知度和对护理服务的满意度。
[목적]탐토건강교육강복훈련로경재흉요추결핵병인중적연구효과。[방법]장102례흉요추결핵병인수궤분위관찰조48례，대조조54례，관찰조채용건강교육강복훈련로경표진행전정강복훈련，대조조실시전통방법진행건강교육급강복훈련。[결과]실시건강교육강복훈련로경후，관찰조병인적평균주원시간、주원비용、술후병발증발생솔명현저우대조조(P <0.05)；접수건강교육후대건강교육급강복훈련내용적장악정도현저제고(P <0.01)，병인대호리적만의도대폭도제고(P <0.01)。[결론]건강교육강복훈련로경적응용유조우제고강복훈련효과，제고병인대질병지식적인지도화대호리복무적만의도。
Objective:To probe into the research effect of health education rehabilitation training path for patients with thoraco lumbar spinal tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 102 patients with thoraco lumbar spinal tubercu-losis were randomly divided into observation group with 48 cases and control group with 54 cases.The patients in observation group received the health education rehabilitation training path in the whole process of rehabilita-tion training,while the patients in control group received the traditional health education and rehabilitation training methods.Results:The patients’average length of stay,hospitalization costs and the incidence of postop-erative complications in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after carrying out the health education rehabilitation training path (P <0.05);the patients’grasp of the health education and re-habilitation training content significantly improved after they received health education (P <0.01),and the pa-tients’nursing satisfaction also significantly improved (P <0.01).Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation health education training path is contributed to improving the effect of rehabilitation training,the patients’dis-ease awareness and their satisfaction to nursing service.
