目的:探讨心力衰竭(心衰)小鼠心肌组织中4.1 R蛋白的表达及其与心功能的关系。方法:42只雄性健康小鼠随机分为心衰组(n=22)和对照组(n=20)。处死小鼠后迅速取出心肌组织,行HE染色,计算左室质量指数和心肌病理积分;并采用免疫组化染色及免疫荧光标记法检测心衰小鼠心肌组织4.1R蛋白的表达。结果:与对照组比较,心衰组左室质量指数和心肌病理积分升高( t=190.668, Z=31.915, P均<0.05);心衰组心肌组织4.1R蛋白阳性细胞百分比高于对照组(t=18.607,P=0.001)。 Pearson直线相关分析显示,心衰组心肌组织4.1R蛋白阳性细胞百分比与左室质量指数呈正相关(r=0.766,P<0.001)。结论:心衰小鼠心肌组织中4.1R蛋白的表达增加,干预4.1R蛋白的表达可能对心衰的治疗及预后有一定的意义。

Aim:To detect the expression of 4.1R in myocardial tissue from mice with heart failure (HF) and its rela-tionship with cardiac function .Methods: A total of 42 male mice were randomly allocated into HF group ( n=22 ) and control group (n=20).All the mice were killed and the myocardial tissue was prepared for HE staining .The left ventricu-lar mass index and the myocardial tissue pathological score were assessed .The expression of 4.1R in myocardial tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence .Results: Compared with control group , the left ventricular mass index and the myocardial tissue pathological score in the HF group increased (t=190.668,Z=31.915,P<0.05). The positive rate of 4.1R in the HF group was significantly higher than that in control group (t=18.607, P=0.001).In the HF group, the positive correlation was found between the left ventricular mass index and the positive rate of 4.1R in myocardial tissue(r=0.766,P<0.001).Conclusion:The expression of 4.1R in myocardial tissue from mice with HR is increased and intervention of the expression of 4.1R may be helpful in the treatment and prognosis of HR.
