目的:观察骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)在子宫内膜损伤小鼠子宫内膜中的定位,初步探讨MSCs移植用于小鼠子宫内膜损伤后修复的可行性。方法:采用热损伤的方法建立小鼠子宫内膜损伤模型,随机分为MSCs组和对照组,每组15只。将体外分离培养的雄性小鼠MSCs经尾静脉联合宫腔内局部注射植入MSCs组小鼠体内,对照组注射等体积的PBS。通过对移植后子宫内膜组织的SRY DNA原位杂交来定位源自雄性供体的细胞。结果:MSCs组小鼠损伤侧子宫内膜组织中有SRY阳性细胞的定植,对照组小鼠则未见SRY阳性细胞。结论:MSCs可定植于子宫内膜损伤小鼠的子宫内膜组织。
目的:觀察骨髓間充質榦細胞(MSCs)在子宮內膜損傷小鼠子宮內膜中的定位,初步探討MSCs移植用于小鼠子宮內膜損傷後脩複的可行性。方法:採用熱損傷的方法建立小鼠子宮內膜損傷模型,隨機分為MSCs組和對照組,每組15隻。將體外分離培養的雄性小鼠MSCs經尾靜脈聯閤宮腔內跼部註射植入MSCs組小鼠體內,對照組註射等體積的PBS。通過對移植後子宮內膜組織的SRY DNA原位雜交來定位源自雄性供體的細胞。結果:MSCs組小鼠損傷側子宮內膜組織中有SRY暘性細胞的定植,對照組小鼠則未見SRY暘性細胞。結論:MSCs可定植于子宮內膜損傷小鼠的子宮內膜組織。
목적:관찰골수간충질간세포(MSCs)재자궁내막손상소서자궁내막중적정위,초보탐토MSCs이식용우소서자궁내막손상후수복적가행성。방법:채용열손상적방법건립소서자궁내막손상모형,수궤분위MSCs조화대조조,매조15지。장체외분리배양적웅성소서MSCs경미정맥연합궁강내국부주사식입MSCs조소서체내,대조조주사등체적적PBS。통과대이식후자궁내막조직적SRY DNA원위잡교래정위원자웅성공체적세포。결과:MSCs조소서손상측자궁내막조직중유SRY양성세포적정식,대조조소서칙미견SRY양성세포。결론:MSCs가정식우자궁내막손상소서적자궁내막조직。
Aim:To study the feasibility of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) repairing murine uterine en-dometrial damage. Methods:Mouse uterine endometrial damage models were made by heat injury and randomly allocated into MSCs group and control group , 15 in each group. Bone marrow MSCs were transplanted into MSCs group by intrauter- ine and intravenous injection. The control group was injected with the same amount of PBS. In situ hybridization was used to observe the expression of SRY-positive cells in the uterine endometrial tissue. Results: It was shown that the MSCs group appeared colonization of the SRY-positive cells in the uterine endometrium tissue , while the control group did not. Conclusion:The bone marrow MSCs could locate in the mouse damaged uterine endometrial tissue.
