With the rapid development of e-commerce,China’s express delivery business increased 33.7%per year.Express market has become the fastest growing and the greatest development potential of emerging markets.And the mode of it ranked third in the world. However,large express delivery volume is bound to bring a huge number of express package,development of green,recycled,standardized express box is the inevitable trend of modern express delivery industry.So,how to improve the standardization of express boxes in market acceptance and promote marketing become a serious problem in express delivery industry.This paper introduces a standardized express boxes and introduce a“demand-led”concept to analyze the market demand for new products.And research it’s marketing strategy from government,enterprises,users this three objects mainly.
