目的:比较二硅酸锂和白榴石基玻璃陶瓷在模拟咀嚼循环的条件下磨损行为的演变。方法:采用热压铸造技术制备白榴石基玻璃陶瓷(IPS Empress Esthetic ETC1型铸瓷)和二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷(IPS e.max Press HT型铸瓷)试件,分别与滑石瓷配副,磨损条件为加载力10 N、转速200 r/min,磨损进行100万转次,使用三维形貌扫描仪在每10转万次循环节点测量磨损体积量,扫描电镜观测表面微观形貌。结果:10万转次白榴石基陶瓷磨损量多于二硅酸锂陶瓷,20万至100万转次后两者没有统计学差异。白榴石基陶瓷表面犁沟与碎片剥脱后的粗糙面交错分布,二硅酸锂陶瓷表面以深且宽大的犁沟为主。随着时间的演变,两种陶瓷的犁沟状磨痕逐渐表浅。结论:白榴石基玻璃陶瓷在磨损初期磨损量多于二硅酸锂陶瓷,磨损中后期的磨损量没有显著性差异。
目的:比較二硅痠鋰和白榴石基玻璃陶瓷在模擬咀嚼循環的條件下磨損行為的縯變。方法:採用熱壓鑄造技術製備白榴石基玻璃陶瓷(IPS Empress Esthetic ETC1型鑄瓷)和二硅痠鋰玻璃陶瓷(IPS e.max Press HT型鑄瓷)試件,分彆與滑石瓷配副,磨損條件為加載力10 N、轉速200 r/min,磨損進行100萬轉次,使用三維形貌掃描儀在每10轉萬次循環節點測量磨損體積量,掃描電鏡觀測錶麵微觀形貌。結果:10萬轉次白榴石基陶瓷磨損量多于二硅痠鋰陶瓷,20萬至100萬轉次後兩者沒有統計學差異。白榴石基陶瓷錶麵犛溝與碎片剝脫後的粗糙麵交錯分佈,二硅痠鋰陶瓷錶麵以深且寬大的犛溝為主。隨著時間的縯變,兩種陶瓷的犛溝狀磨痕逐漸錶淺。結論:白榴石基玻璃陶瓷在磨損初期磨損量多于二硅痠鋰陶瓷,磨損中後期的磨損量沒有顯著性差異。

Objective:To compare wear properties of leucite glass-ceramic and lithium disilicate glass-ceramic from the perspective of time-varying wear behavior. Method:Leucite reinforced glass-ceramic (IPS Empress Esthetic ETC1)and lithium disilicate glass-ceramic (IPS e.max Press HT) specimens were made by heat-pressed technology. The antagonist of steatite was subjected to the wear test method(a vertical force of 10N, one million cycles). The wear volume was mearsured by a three-dimensional profiler per 100,000 cycles,with SEM observing surface topography. Result:At 100,000 cycles vol-ume loss of leucite reinforced glass ceramic was more than lithium disilicate ceramic ,and there is no difference between the two ceramics after 200,000 cycles. At initial stage,leucite reinforced glass-ceramic showed the morphology of furrows and debris and lithium disilicate glass-ceramic demonstrated deep and wide furrows. With the evolution of time ,furrows of su-perficial and dense,the surface tends to be smooth. Conclusion:At initial stage,leucite reinforced glass-ceramic wore more than lithium disilicate glass-ceramic. However,there was no significant difference between the two heat-pressed glass ce-ramic at later stage.
