目的:探讨不同粘接材料及不同表面处理方法对瓷与托槽粘结强度的影响。方法:将烤瓷试样按喷砂+氢氟酸酸蚀+陶瓷偶联剂、喷砂+氢氟酸酸蚀、喷砂+陶瓷偶联剂分成A、B、C三组进行不同方法表面处理,然后分别用3M光固化型、3M化学固化型、西湖巴尔化学固化型、京津化学固化型釉质粘结剂粘结金属托槽。力学材料试验机上剪切法去除托槽,测定各自的抗剪切强度,并用ARI积分法记录托槽去除后瓷面上粘接剂残留指数,以上所有数据进行统计分析。结果:无论抗剪切强度还是瓷面上粘接剂残留指数,A、B组均大于C组(P<0.05),A、B组间无差异(P>0.05);3M光固化型粘结剂大于3M化学固化型、杭州西湖化学固化型粘结剂(P<0.05),3M化学固化型、杭州西湖化学固化型两种粘结剂间无差异(P>0.05),3M化学固化型、杭州西湖化学固化型两种粘结剂大于京津化学固化型粘结剂(P<0.05),3M光固化型粘结剂显著大于京津化学固化粘结剂(P<0.01)。结论:喷砂结合氢氟酸酸蚀瓷面粘结托槽效果较好,陶瓷偶联剂并不能增加其粘结强度;3M光固化粘结剂在瓷面上粘结效果最好,3M化学固化粘结剂、杭州西湖化学固化粘结剂次之,推荐使用3M光固化型粘结剂。

목적:탐토불동점접재료급불동표면처리방법대자여탁조점결강도적영향。방법:장고자시양안분사+경불산산식+도자우련제、분사+경불산산식、분사+도자우련제분성A、B、C삼조진행불동방법표면처리,연후분별용3M광고화형、3M화학고화형、서호파이화학고화형、경진화학고화형유질점결제점결금속탁조。역학재료시험궤상전절법거제탁조,측정각자적항전절강도,병용ARI적분법기록탁조거제후자면상점접제잔류지수,이상소유수거진행통계분석。결과:무론항전절강도환시자면상점접제잔류지수,A、B조균대우C조(P<0.05),A、B조간무차이(P>0.05);3M광고화형점결제대우3M화학고화형、항주서호화학고화형점결제(P<0.05),3M화학고화형、항주서호화학고화형량충점결제간무차이(P>0.05),3M화학고화형、항주서호화학고화형량충점결제대우경진화학고화형점결제(P<0.05),3M광고화형점결제현저대우경진화학고화점결제(P<0.01)。결론:분사결합경불산산식자면점결탁조효과교호,도자우련제병불능증가기점결강도;3M광고화점결제재자면상점결효과최호,3M화학고화점결제、항주서호화학고화점결제차지,추천사용3M광고화형점결제。
Objective:to study the different adhesive materials and ceramic surface treatment on porcelain and the influence of orthodontic bracket bonding strength. Method:porcelain samples by sandblasting +hydrofluoric acid pickling +ceramic coupling agent, sandblasting+hydrofluoric acid pickling,sand blasting,ceramic coupling agent is divided into three groups of different surface treatment, then respectively with 3 m light chemical solidifying,3 m, west lake barr chemical solidification, the Beijing and tianjin chemical solidifying four adhesive bonding metal braces. Mechanical removal of braces sheared material testing machine, testing their shear strength,braces are removed by ARI integral method porcelain surface adhesive residue index and above all the data statistical analysis. Result:both the shear strength and adhesive residue index and porcelain surface A and B group were greater than C group(P<0.05),A and B group no difference(P >0.05). 3 m uv-curable adhesive is greater than 3 m chemical solidifying,hangzhou west lake chemical curing adhesive (P <0.05),3 m chemical solidifying, hangzhou west lake chemical curing two binder no difference (P >0.05),3 m chemical solidifying, hangzhou west lake chemical curing two binder is greater than the Beijing and tianjin chemical curing adhesive(P <0.05),3 m light curing adhesive significantly greater than the Beijing and tianjin chemical curing adhesive (P <0.01). Conclusion:the combination of sandblasting hydrofluoric acid etched enamel surface bonding slot effect is good ,the ceramic coupling agent does not increase the bond strength;3 m uv-curable adhesive bonded on the surface of the porcelain works best,3 m chemical curing adhesive chemical adhesive curing times, hangzhou west lake,it is recommended to use 3 m uv-curable adhesive.
