以3种不同粒径的规格型号为CC–1250,CC–2500和CC–6000的超细CaCO3替代20%的联苯胺黄颜料应用于ABS黄色母粒中,研究了这3种超细CaCO3对ABS黄色母粒色彩性能的影响。结果表明,超细CaCO3粒子的粒径越小,其对色母粒的色彩性能影响越小;由含有粒径最小的CC–6000型超细CaCO3的色母粒所制备的ABS样板反射率曲线及明度值与未加超细CaCO3的最为接近,且两者的色差最小;由含有CC–6000型和CC–1250型超细CaCO3的色母粒所制备的ABS薄膜透过率曲线与未加超细CaCO3的也最为接近。
以3種不同粒徑的規格型號為CC–1250,CC–2500和CC–6000的超細CaCO3替代20%的聯苯胺黃顏料應用于ABS黃色母粒中,研究瞭這3種超細CaCO3對ABS黃色母粒色綵性能的影響。結果錶明,超細CaCO3粒子的粒徑越小,其對色母粒的色綵性能影響越小;由含有粒徑最小的CC–6000型超細CaCO3的色母粒所製備的ABS樣闆反射率麯線及明度值與未加超細CaCO3的最為接近,且兩者的色差最小;由含有CC–6000型和CC–1250型超細CaCO3的色母粒所製備的ABS薄膜透過率麯線與未加超細CaCO3的也最為接近。

Three kinds of ultra-fine calcium carbonate (CaCO3) which’s types are respectively CC–1250,CC–2500 and CC–6000 with different particle sizes were used to replace 20% diarylide yellow pigment for being applied on the ABS yellow masterbatch. The effects of the three kinds of ultra-fine CaCO3 on the color properties of ABS yellow masterbatch were studied. The results show that the smaller the particle size of the ultra-fine CaCO3 is,the less the effects of it on the color properties of the masterbatch are. The reflectivity curves and brightness values of the ABS sample plate prepared through adding the masterbatch containing the CC–6000 type ultra-fine CaCO3 with minimum particle size and the ABS sample plate prepared with the masterbatch only containing diarylide yellow pigment are most closer,the chromatic aberration of the two sample plates is also least. In addition, the transmissivity curves of the ABS film prepared with the masterbatch containing CC–6000 type and CC–1250 type ultra-fine CaCO3 and the ABS film prepared with the masterbatch without ultra-fine CaCO3 are also most closer.
