Through methods of literature and questionnaires, this paper analyzes the psychological, physi-ological and environmental factors affects on the students participating in physical exercise, aimes at find-ing internal factors affecting student exercise habits, and doing a good job from the perspective of the school to improve student motivation exercise and interests, and promote the formation of students'exer-cise habits.
