目的：比较局部治疗与局部及全身联合治疗慢性非特异性唇炎的临床疗效。方法：48例慢性非特异性唇炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各24例，分别采用单纯局部治疗和局部及全身联合治疗，对治疗有效患者随访至复发或到达截止日期，运用生存分析方法分析有效时间差异。结果：对照组有效率70．83％，6个月有效率48．1％，12个月有效率16．0％，中位有效时间6个月。治疗组有效率91．16％，6个月有效率72．4％，12个月有效率39．2％，中位有效时间12个月。非参数检验两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。 Log－rank时序检验两组有效时间P＜0．05。结论：局部及全身联合治疗慢性非特异性唇炎疗效及有效时间均优于单纯局部治疗，联合全身治疗可以增强和巩固疗效。

Objective:To compare clinical effect and effective time between local and synthesize treatment of Chronic cheilitis. Method:48 cases of chronic cheilitis patients were randomly divided into two groups,a local treatment group and a synthesize treatment group of 24 patients,respectively. Clinical symptoms were observed and evaluated. the effective time from treatment effect to recurrent or reach the deadline are compared throngh survival analysis. Result:In the local treat-ment group,the total efficiency are 70.83 %. 6 months effective rate is 48.1 %, 12 months effective rate is 16.0 %,median survival time is 6 months. In the synthesize group,the total efficiency are 91.16 %. 6 months effective rate is 72.4 %,12 months effective rate is 39.2 %,median survival time is 12 months. The nonparametric test of two groups of curative effect remain statistically significant. the Log-rank test of effective time remain statistically significant. Conclusion:Curative effect and effective time of synthesize therapy for chronic cheilitis is better than the simple local treatment,with systemic therapy can strengthen and consolidate curative effect.
