体育旅游资源的有效开发不仅可以推动地域经济的发展，而且可以推进全民健身工程的实施，具有一举多得之效。康巴藏区拥有得天独厚的体育旅游资源，但是开发程度不尽人意，文章旨在寻找限制这一资源开发的瓶颈，并提出应对策略。

Effective development of sports tourism resources not only can promote the development of re-gional economy, but also can promote the implementation of the national fitness project, is fully staffed. Kangba Tibetan areas have unique sports tourism resources, but unsatisfactory development degree, the purpose of this paper is to find limit the resources development bottlenecks, and countermeasures are put forward.
