With the new concept of basketball as an entry point, the importance of this new concept guided college basketball culture construction was emphasized, and then some suggestions on how to bet-ter construct college basketball culture based on the new concept of basketball were also made.The pur-pose of this paper is to promote the basketball activity under the guidance of the new concept of basket-ball, and at the same time to boost the construction and development of college basketball culture.
