Low intensity pulsed ultrasound(LIPUS)%Implant%Bone formation
目的:观察低强度脉冲超声(low intensity pulsed ultrasound,LIPUS)对促进种植牙植骨后骨形成的影响。方法:将40例骨量不足、同期进行植骨和植入人工种植体的病例随机分为LIPUS治疗组和对照组,每组各20例,治疗组于术后第3 d开始应用LIPUS治疗8 w。对照组不做特殊处理。所有患者均于术后当日、2、8、12、24 w拍摄CBCT片,观察骨形成情况,对两组患者的骨形成定量检查结果进行统计学分析。结果:LIPUS治疗组新骨形成时间明显短于对照组,X线片新骨定量检查结果表明LIPUS治疗组8 w时新骨形成优于对照组。结论:临床应用LIPUS治疗能够显著促进种植牙同期植骨后的新骨形成。

목적:관찰저강도맥충초성(low intensity pulsed ultrasound,LIPUS)대촉진충식아식골후골형성적영향。방법:장40례골량불족、동기진행식골화식입인공충식체적병례수궤분위LIPUS치료조화대조조,매조각20례,치료조우술후제3 d개시응용LIPUS치료8 w。대조조불주특수처리。소유환자균우술후당일、2、8、12、24 w박섭CBCT편,관찰골형성정황,대량조환자적골형성정량검사결과진행통계학분석。결과:LIPUS치료조신골형성시간명현단우대조조,X선편신골정량검사결과표명LIPUS치료조8 w시신골형성우우대조조。결론:림상응용LIPUS치료능구현저촉진충식아동기식골후적신골형성。
Objective:To clinically evaluate if (LIPUS) could improve the bone regeneration after dental implant placement and GBR. Method:40 patients with upper central incisor loss were randomly divided into LIPUS group and con-trol group. Patients in LIPUS group on postoperative day 3 received daily ultrasound treatment ,20 min/day,for 8 weeks. Patients in the control group received sham application. The clinical bone healing time of each case were recorded respec-tively,and CBCT were taken to quantitatively evaluate the bone density of implant site at 0、2、8、12、24 week after operation. The data were statistically analyzed. Result:The clinical bone osseointegration time of LIPUS group was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The quantitative examinations of the bone formation by the CBCT showed that the bone forma-tion of LIPUS group was evidently better than that of the control group at the end of 8 week. Conclusion:Results of this study suggest that LIPU improves the bone formation in dental implant.
